Good Morning !

This is my Sweet Lady.  I bought here at a Thrift Store.  I do talk to her frequently and as long as she doesn't answer me (although, sometimes I wish she would) it's all good.

She is just along for the ride.  I'll keep her here as my friend in deed.

Thought I would talk a little about GBS, Guillain Barre Syndrome.  I have come a long way since Christmas Eve.  I am walking but like I said before I still need assistance.  I seem to lose my balance a lot.  The only thing I can say is not everything is back yet.  When I start to walk I know not everything is working like it should.  You know,  I just don't feel it there.  I'm hoping everything will come back, in fact I know it will.  I just need to be patient and have a positive attitude.

We are, Jim and I, planting flowers, vegetables, wild flowers, herbs, and anything we can get our hands on.  We are spending a lot of time on this.  Especially in the morning while it's still cool.  I love going out in the morning when there is still dew on the leaves.  Have a cup of coffee and just take a deep breath, sit down with the sun shining on you and enjoy.  I told Jim, we will need to have something going here at the house.  We don't have the money to travel and I do not want to sit and watch TV all the time.  I do love to read but I do not want to spend all my time reading either.  So the garden it is.  It's really fun to go out and decide where something is going to be planted and watch it grow.  I did read to not plant around or too close to a Walnut Tree as it sends out a chemical that discourages other plants from growing.  UMMM !!  So that why we have had some problems with some of our plants.  We also know our yard use to be the burn pile area for the land.  That's not good.  So we brought in dirt, which we bought, and plan on container gardening.  It will be easier for us anyway as I do not want to pull weeds.  Tootles
