This is a book I received free on iBooks. Can you believe it. It is so full of information which I need to help my body recover from GBS (Guilliam Barre Syndrome).
This is the 4th time I have had it. It’s not the worst one but it’s lasting longer. I don’t want to get depressed (as have done that) just want to do everything I can to recover and be healthy and happy.
This book is a Godsend. I do mean that. As you start to get down and God forbid, depressed, you realize you need something more to help you along.
I also have a dvd of exercises and yoga that I am doing. Well, not the yoga yet as I am not standing or walking on my own. The exercises are very helpful and I feel my body getting stronger.
I will keep you posted on my progress and can hardly wait to add any improvements that occur. Wish me luck as I will keep striving. Tootles
