Egg in a Basket

How many of you had this breakfast ?  I see from various places on the Internet it's known by many names.  My Mom called it "Egg in a Basket", and what a treat it was.  Fried in butter, egg over easy, and just enough crisp to make it yummy.  Let us not forget about the center of the bread.  That was just special.  I mean round like the sun and just as golden brown.  Thanks Mom,  you always made breakfast special and I loved every bite.
