Kitty, Kitty

 The kitty on the left is one of the animals I made for Christmas.  It's called an amneko cat.  I had never heard of it before.  I searched for animal patterns in crochet and this came up from a blog.  I thought it was so cute so made it.  I went to the site for instructions on how to put it together and they were all in Japanese, help!  Thank goodness for the pictures.  I did get it together (obviously) but feel I missed some important details by not being able to read it. 
Next to kitty is one of my kitty's, Elviria.  She is curled up like a black ball and as you can see she is in my crochet basket fast asleep.  She also tries to curl

up on my lap when I am trying to crochet, most of the time she is able to do that as I can still work.  Then there are the times she is not having it and keeps turning in circles to get me to put the crochet down and give her the attention.
